Service Description
HVAC Agent is an AI SMS receptionist service for home service businesses. The service includes a dedicated business number, SMS receptionist, missed-call text-back, lead capture, email alerts, and a client dashboard.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate business, owner, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Subscription and Billing
New customers may receive a 7-day free pilot. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription continues at $300 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Guided setup is included in the monthly plan unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. Optional add-ons, including Voice AI answering, may be billed separately at the price displayed at the time you activate the add-on.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription from your client dashboard through Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting hypnosgibert@gmail.com. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged. When a subscription is canceled, service access, AI receptionist responses, and missed-call recovery may be disabled.
Business Number Retention After Cancellation
If your subscription is canceled, we may retain your assigned business phone number for up to 10 days after cancellation so you can reactivate and keep the same number. If the subscription is not reactivated before the retention period ends, the number may be released back to the communications provider and may no longer be recoverable. We may send account notices, including a reminder before release, to the email address on your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use HVAC Agent to send spam, unlawful messages, deceptive content, harassing communications, age-gated content, lending or financial offers, protected health information without a proper written agreement, or any content that violates carrier, payment, or platform rules. You are responsible for your business's customer communications and compliance with applicable laws.
SMS Compliance
SMS use is subject to consent, opt-out, and carrier requirements. You agree to use the service only for customer care, service coordination, appointment scheduling, missed-call follow-up, and related support unless another use case is approved in writing. See our SMS Terms.
AI and Communications
AI-generated responses may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing leads, following up with customers, and confirming appointment details. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, that every lead will convert, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Third-Party Services
The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, communications, payments, email, AI processing, and related infrastructure. Outages, carrier filtering, policy reviews, or third-party restrictions may affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSYA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including lost leads, missed jobs, message delivery failures, carrier delays, or third-party outages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
