Program Description
HVAC Agent sends customer care and service coordination SMS messages for home service businesses. Messages may include onboarding updates, customer replies, service request coordination, appointment scheduling, missed-call follow-up, and related support.
Opt-In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box during onboarding, submitting your phone number through a service form, texting a business number, calling a business number, or otherwise initiating a customer service request. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation, service request, and account activity.

Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact hypnosgibert@gmail.com.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
