HVAC Agent is a new product. We are publishing the measurement framework before claiming customer outcomes.

The operating problem

A technician or dispatcher can miss a call while working. The customer still needs a clear next step, and the business needs the request captured in a usable lead record.

What the pilot tracks

  • Whether an unanswered call receives a timely text-back.
  • Whether the customer continues the conversation.
  • Whether name, address, issue, urgency, and preferred time are captured.
  • Whether the business receives one clear lead notification.
  • Whether a human confirms the appointment and next step.

What we do not claim yet

This page does not claim a booking rate, revenue lift, or customer count. Those figures will only be published with permission and verifiable records from a completed pilot.
