Contractor buyer terms
Authorized business purchase
The buyer represents that it is authorized to act for the named HVAC business and is legally permitted, properly licensed, and appropriately insured to perform the requested work in the service location. HVAC Agent does not verify contractor licenses or certifications. The buyer remains responsible for legal eligibility, and HVAC Agent may suspend an offer or access for false statements, abuse, or safety concerns.
What the buyer purchases
Checkout is a one-time purchase of exclusive access to one homeowner service request. “Exclusive” means HVAC Agent will not intentionally sell that same request to another contractor after successful fulfillment. It does not prevent the homeowner from contacting others, submitting a separate request, changing plans, or declining service.
Scheduling and job scope
The buyer must coordinate scheduling directly with the homeowner. The service visit will be confirmed when your company calls before heading out and the homeowner confirms they are home and ready for the technician's arrival. HVAC Agent does not guarantee contact, response, estimate acceptance, revenue, job value, payment by the homeowner, or completion.
Permitted use of homeowner data
Use private details only to respond to the specific HVAC request and administer the resulting service relationship. Do not resell the lead, add the homeowner to unrelated marketing, disclose the data to an unauthorized party, or retain it longer than required for the permitted purpose and applicable legal obligations. Protect the private link and notify HVAC Agent of suspected unauthorized access.
Communications and conduct
The buyer is responsible for compliant, truthful, and non-deceptive homeowner communications, required caller or sender identification, licensing disclosures, opt-outs, quiet hours, estimates, contracts, permits, and service performance.
Price, refunds, and disputes
The displayed price is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Refund eligibility is limited to the exact Lead Quality and Refund Policy accepted at checkout. Applicable tax, chargeback, dispute, and governing-law provisions continue to apply.
